Founding Product Designer/Design Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (Full-time on-site; Part-time contract may be remote)

A Series A AI startup is seeking a Product Designer to take the lead on transforming its customer-facing platform and website. This is a chance to own the visual and UX direction at a fast-growing AI company, working on high-impact projects that will define the product experience and brand for years to come.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the entire design vision - from brand identity to product UI - shaping how customers interact with and perceive the platform.
- Lead a complete website overhaul , creating a stunning, conversion-focused experience that tells our story.
- Redesign the customer-facing console , elevating its usability, aesthetics, and delight factor.
- Collaborate directly with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring bold ideas to life at speed.
- Explore creative mediums, including web, product, visual storytelling, and motion graphics, to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong portfolio with B2B product and web design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma; bonus for motion graphics or front-end familiarity.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Compensation (open to both full time employees or part-time contractors):
- Full-time: $150K–$300K (base + bonus/equity)
