SEC Reporting Manager

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – Flexibility to be on-site as needed)

2-Month Assignment (potential to extend or convert)

Pay: $115-$125+ / hour

Our client, a Fortune 300 a computer hard drive disk manufacturer and data storage company, is looking for a SEC Reporting Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quarterly filings on Form 10-Q/10-K with the SEC, including preparing of financial statements, Notes, MD&A.
• Oversee accounting for the company's capital structure (debt and equity).
• Prepare the statement of cash flows.
• Prepare the Form 8-K for the quarterly earnings release and related investor presentation materials.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science with concentration in accounting
• 7+ years of experience
• Experience preparing and filing Forms 10-Q/10-K with the SEC through EDGAR.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong experience using Workiva.
• Strong knowledge of accounting for stock-based compensation.
• Ability to prepare a statement of cash flows.
• Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple functions outside finance.
