Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments to create and maintain budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to support key business decisions and long-term planning.
- Provide insights and guidance to stakeholders based on financial performance and trends.
- Support the finance system migration and contribute to the buildout of a new data warehouse.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help elevate team performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role; 5+ years strongly preferred.
- Background in the staffing industry or a professional services environment is a must.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with data warehouse development is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to partner confidently with senior finance leaders.
- An outgoing, proactive personality with a passion for financial tech and continuous learning.
