Job Description

As an important part of the RCG Finance department, this team member will create corporate reporting, analyses, and presentations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in advanced Excel modeling and will have proficiency with Argus Enterprise. This role will collaborate with multiple departments across the organization to gather data, develop insights, and communicate findings.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining Argus Enterprise models
• Producing lender reporting packages and performing debt coverage analysis
• Coordinating lender approvals
• Measuring portfolio metrics such as same store NOI, lease and loan maturities and other key performance indicators
• Maintaining internal databases and using Power BI to create dashboards and reports
• Assisting with the creation of property budgets and forecasts
• Coordinating investor requests and updating investor information
• Assisting with presentations and reporting
• Performing ad hoc scenario analysis as needed

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with an emphasis in finance, real estate, or economics and a history of scholastic success or equivalent work experience
