Job Description

We are seeking strategic, curious, and AI forward-thinking MBA Finance Interns to join our Finance Intern Program. During this 12-week summer internship, you will be placed in a key finance function through a matching process. 

This internship offers a high-impact opportunity to lead projects that influence financial decision-making. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, gain visibility with senior leaders, and help shape the future of finance.

This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your finance expertise while driving innovation in a rapidly evolving landscape. 

High-performing interns that are graduating in Summer 2027 may be considered for full-time roles through our Finance Leadership Rotation Program (FLRP)—a post-MBA program designed to accelerate career growth through structured rotations, executive mentorship, and high-impact leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-
• powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• Currently pursuing an MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• On track to graduate no earlier than December 2026
• 5+ years of professional experience strongly preferred ideally in finance, consulting, analytics, or related fields
• Strong understanding of fundamental finance and accounting acumen and industry trends including data modeling, data analytics, forecasting, interpreting financial statements, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerBi preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and build strong business relationships
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $58.50 - $75/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as
