About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support multiple business lines across the organization, including Structured Finance, Whole Loan Originations, Accounting, Treasury, and Asset Management. Your responsibilities will span from assisting with day-to-day loan trading and capital markets activities to ongoing portfolio management and monthly reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare settlement statements for weekly loan trading and capital markets activities
- Support ongoing portfolio management and monitoring across multiple portfolios
- Provide transactional support for Structured Finance and related business lines
- Complete month-end reporting for various investor portfolios
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Structured Finance, Whole Loan Originations, and Asset Management teams
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate or lending sector
- Familiarity with residential lending is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL is a plus
