Your new role
As a Field Engineer, you will support one of two distinct divisions within the company. The Base Build Division focuses on large-scale Mission Critical construction projects in Northern Virginia. The Specialty Projects Division handles high-end interiors, including class A office spaces, law firms, special projects, and smaller base developments in education, commercial office, and healthcare sectors. You will assist in managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards.
