Job Description

Summary

TCL CSOT is seeking a proactive FAE Manager to join our Strategic Business Team in the USA. The ideal candidate will be an effective cross-functional leader with extensive experience and deep expertise in display technology and related manufacturing processes. They will excel at bridging customer needs with internal technical capabilities, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions across diverse teams.

Role & Responsibility

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear, effective communication.
  • Promote and introduce new technologies to customers, identifying opportunities for new business development.
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements to strategically guide internal teams in delivering superior products.
  • Lead the technical and process review of new product development, driving optimal solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support throughout development to ensure timely qualification and coordinate cross-functional teams in resolving issues.
  • Deliver ongoing technical support during post-ramp and sustaining phases to maintain product performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Execute additional assigned responsibilities to support overall business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related field; a Master’s degree a plus.
  • Over 8 years of hands-on experience in project management, design, process development, or technical support within the display industry.
  • Extensive technical expertise in display technologies (LCD, OLED, uOLED, and uLED), complemented by a solid understanding of high-volume manufacturing process.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal solutions.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically (up to 20% per year).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and inclusive with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
