POSITION SUMMARY
The Assembler 2 position performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard.
Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Complete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures, under direct and/or limited supervision.
Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
Conduct inspection of own and/or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and/or customer drawing.
Maintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards.
Maintain and acceptable attendance and safety record.
Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures.
Additional job duties and tasks as needed.
Assist other departments with job duties, tasks, training, and development as needed.
Complete additional job duties and tasks as assigned and instructed by Lead Tech/Supervisor.
