About ChannelSpark Marketing

ChannelSpark Marketing is the centralized marketing powerhouse behind a portfolio of high-growth telecom and technology companies, including Netlink Voice, PhoneSuite, 888VoIP, FAXedge Technologies, and others. Our mission is to ignite brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support strategic growth through coordinated marketing efforts across all subsidiaries.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Event & Tradeshow Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events and industry tradeshows across all ChannelSpark-supported brands. This role will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, developing event strategies, and ensuring seamless execution that maximizes ROI and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy: Own the event calendar across all subsidiaries, including Netlink Voice, 888VoIP, PhoneSuite, and others. Align event planning with company growth goals and marketing initiatives.

Tradeshow Execution: Coordinate all aspects of tradeshows—from booth logistics and design to staffing, shipping, registration, vendor contracts, and setup/tear-down.

Lead Management: Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead capture, follow-up sequences (via HubSpot or other CRM), and reporting for every event.

Budget Management: Build and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure events stay within scope and ROI targets.

Brand Presence: Ensure all event materials and experiences are on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with messaging for each individual company.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact for leadership, sales, vendors, partners, and internal creative teams during the event lifecycle.

Travel Management: Oversee travel logistics for team members attending events, including booking accommodations, shipping materials, and coordinating schedules.

Post-Event Reporting: Analyze and report event performance, lead outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience managing events, trade shows, or conferences (B2B experience preferred)

• Proven success coordinating large-scale events or multi-brand booth experiences

• Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills

• Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads and campaigns

• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time

• Knowledge of telecom, VoIP, or channel partner ecosystems is a plus
