Atlas Toyota Material Handling, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time Equipment Operator and Delivery Associate for our Industrial Floor Cleaning Department. This position will drive a company truck and attached trailer to deliver industrial cleaning equipment to customer locations.

Supplying Minnesota, Southern Wisconsin, Illinois, and Northwest Indiana, we offer new, used and rental equipment to handle a variety of material handling needs, alongside a wide assortment of forklift attachments, pallet jacks, parts and floor cleaning equipment.

Your New Role:

• Local travel: approximately 50% of your time will be spent traveling the Minneapolis/St. Paul area making deliveries and working with customers along-side the Atlas Sales Team. The remainder of your time will be at our Brooklyn Park location prepping, cleaning and testing equipment that is scheduled for delivery.
• Preparation and installation of new equipment, including performance evaluations and routine adjustments.
• Basic operation and maintenance on the floor cleaning equipment.
• Ensure the equipment is clean and in good working condition.
• The ability to lift approximately 50 to 100lbs is occasionally required along with bending down, twisting, and other physical demands.
• Excellent organizational skills required along with the ability to multi-task and adjust on demand will be important.
• Schedule flexibility and overtime may be required. Business hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am-6:00pm.
• Bi-Lingual ability is a plus but not required (Spanish/English).

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• The willingness to learn how to operate and maintain Industrial Floor Cleaning Equipment.
• Demonstration Skills: the right candidate will be able to help our salesperson demonstrate and explain how to operate and maintain the equipment to customers.
• Mechanical ability is a plus.

Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, market considerations, and geographic location.
