Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Location: Orangeburg, SC

Shift Options:

Pay: $23–$25/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and automation equipment.
Identify mechanical and electrical failures, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Support equipment setup, installation, and calibration as needed.
Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and repair history.
Work with engineers and technicians to implement improvements and upgrades.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a production or automation environment.
Strong electro-mechanical skills with conveyors, robotics, and automated systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with independence and teamwork skills.
Reliable and flexible with the ability to work assigned shift schedules.

Physical Demands:

Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and reach throughout shift while performing maintenance tasks.
