Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Location: Orangeburg, SC

Shift Options:

• 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Pay: $23–$25/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and automation equipment.
• Identify mechanical and electrical failures, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Support equipment setup, installation, and calibration as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and repair history.
• Work with engineers and technicians to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a production or automation environment.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills with conveyors, robotics, and automated systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with independence and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and flexible with the ability to work assigned shift schedules.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and reach throughout shift while performing maintenance tasks.
