Entry-Level Attorney (Contract Position)

Due to the cyclical nature of insurance claims (e.g., storms, disasters, and major events), this is a contract position . It offers flexibility and the opportunity to develop specialized skills in insurance law while working on challenging and rewarding cases.

• Draft and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and case analysis for insurance-related matters
• Assist in case management and strategy development
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Participate in settlement negotiations and litigation preparation

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in Texas
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Passionate about insurance law and advocating for clients
• Prior exposure to litigation or insurance claims is a plus but not required—comprehensive training will be provided
