Job Title: Electrical Specialist



Duration: Permanent position.



Location: Orlando Florida



Shifts Available Overnight, 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM


Pay range: $85,000 - $100,000


Job overview:

This position requires strong electrical expertise and prior government project experience, with VA project experience highly preferred. The role involves working overnight shifts to ensure seamless operations and project continuity. Competitive pay is offered, with flexibility for contract or hourly arrangements.



Key Responsibilities:

• Strong electrical experience (Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred but not required).
• Proven government project experience (non-negotiable).
• Prior VA project experience is highly preferred.
• Perform electrical work to support ongoing project needs, ensuring compliance with government standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Work overnight shifts (5:00 PM - 3:00 AM) to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with project teams and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and always maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide transition support and knowledge transfer if required during project handover.
• Address and resolve electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Ideal Candidate

• Skilled electrician with demonstrated hands-on electrical expertise.
• Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (or equivalent experience).
• Familiar with government compliance standards, ideally with direct VA project exposure.
• Flexible and dependable, able to work overnight or partial shifts.
• Ready to start immediately and support urgent project timelines.
