Location: Eagan, MN

Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Scanner to join our team in Eagan, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scanning and digitizing various documents, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents.
• Ensure scanned documents are clear and legible.
• Organize and file scanned documents electronically.
• Perform quality checks to verify accuracy of scanned documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for document scanning.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of documents as needed.
