Russell Tobin is seeking a Document Control Specialist for one of the nation’s largest electric utilities.

Job Title: Document Control Specialist

Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid - in office days TBD)

Job Type: Contract

Length: 12-Months

Hours: M-F 8-5

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.89 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of documents, including correspondence, contracts, technical documents, manuals, and other official paperwork.
• Scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format.
• Verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files.
• Upload contracts to the EDMRM system, following naming conventions.
• Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
• Troubleshoot scanning and uploading issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in document control or a related administrative role.
• Experience with document management systems and software tools.

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
