Distribution Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy, high-volume warehouse setting. This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch kind of role. You’ll be leading by example, ensuring your team is efficient, organized, and safety-focused.

This position is ideal for someone who loves structure, teamwork, and taking ownership in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of 5–10 warehouse associates, providing training, coaching, and direction to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Participate in daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and restocking.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move and organize inventory.
• Manage inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to maintain accuracy and control.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and company standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and streamline workflows.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, productivity, and shipping timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/distribution experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role distribution.
• Forklift operation experience is required; certification is preferred.
• Proficient in WMS, RF scanners, and general inventory control systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be available to work Saturdays until noon or until all work is completed.
• Must be open to working overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements.
• No planned time off during peak summer season.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional training in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
