What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and implement$1M+ in cost savings through process improvement, automation, and labor optimization
  • Drive effectiveness and execution across all core business functions including Operations,
  • Finance, Technology, and People by defining critical business processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and streamlining activities to enhance overall performance.
  • Establish and execute frameworks, guidelines, and scalable solutions that align with company policies and strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives to improve processes, consolidate resources, and increase profitability where appropriate.
  • Oversee companywide process improvement efforts with a strong focus on cost control, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Identify and validate best practices and ensure adoption at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Procurement process to ensure consistent financial benefit and strong compliance across all purchasing activities.
  • Partner closely with executive and functional leaders in Operations, Development & Construction, Technology, Marketing, and other key departments to ensure alignment and integrated execution of business strategies.
  • Actively identify opportunities for business improvement. Encourage creative problem- solving, champion innovative approaches, and guide teams in executing company strategies effectively.
  • Ensure all initiatives are executed with a customer-centric mindset, aligning business improvements with enhanced service, value, and experience.
  • Build and oversee cross-functional teams including Consultants, Project Managers, and Analysts. Establish and lead a unified project management approach that prioritizes timely execution and accountability across all functions.
  • Support other strategic initiatives as assigned, contributing to the broader mission of operational excellence, growth, and cultural alignment.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
  • 8–10 years of experience in operations, project management, or business transformation
  • Proven ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve organizational efficiency at scale
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to assess ROI, forecast impact, and manage budgets
  • Exceptional project management skills; PMP certification or LEAN Six Sigma experience a plus
  • Experience working directly with executive teams and influencing across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to develop and implement systems that support scalability, accountability, and excellence
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, especially with cross-functional leadership

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) for event or team meeting support.
  • Ability to participate in onsite meetings, employee engagements, and field visits, which may involve walking job sites or standing for extended periods.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to site locations to support rollouts, assessments, and implementation work
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
