Overview of Position:
The Human Resources Director leads and oversees the comprehensive delivery of Human Resources services, policies, and initiatives across the organization. This is an exciting role that is a once in a lifetime opportunity to lead the infrastructure build out of Human Resources for two amazing companies that role into one entity. This role collaborates closely with the Executive Pastor and the executive team, to build out a platform for two thriving businesses. The team is dedicated to cultivating an exceptional workforce that embodies and advances the missions of the church and school within their respective communities. The Human Resources Director provides strategic counsel to all organizational leaders, ensuring alignment of their efforts with the company's purpose, mission, strategic goals, and personnel policies.
