Job Description Summary
The Director, HRIS will lead Enterprise Community Partners’ Human Resources Workday optimization strategy and execution. As the organization continues to scale in size, complexity, and digital sophistication, this role will provide the dedicated Human Resources HRIS leadership needed to ensure Workday delivers a seamless, user-friendly experience for employees, managers, and HR partners. The Director will oversee configuration, governance, reporting, and cyclical HR processes within Workday, serving as a critical bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders. This role will be instrumental in enhancing data integrity, improving people analytics, enabling manager self-service, and preparing Workday to support future organizational initiatives, including new module rollouts.Job Description

The base salary for this role is $130,000 to $150,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
