We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will provide essential IT support, ensuring smooth operations by addressing technical issues and assisting employees with their IT needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to support requests using platforms such as Jira and Zendesk.
• Configure and set up IT equipment, including laptops, for new and existing employees during onboarding or hardware upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving laptops, monitors, printers, and other hardware, escalating complex cases as necessary.
• Manage support tickets effectively by prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in technical projects and coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
• Provide technical support for meetings and video conferencing using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence, working from the office five days a week.
• Adhere to designated shift schedules and be available for overtime on weekdays and weekends when required.
• Perform additional IT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.• Strong communication and customer service skills to assist users effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software.
• Proficiency in using and administering cloud services and Office 365 applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, desktop imaging, and desktop hardware support.
• Basic understanding of networks, firewalls, and WiFi systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
