Job Description
We are a family dental clinic that has been in the same location for over 40 years near DTLA. We are family-oriented and have a great team culture. Our office has served generations of patients with some having been with us for 40 years.
We are seeking a team player that will help us with a variety of tasks in the front office:
> Answer phones.
> Schedule appointments, including recalls and follow-up visits.
> Process patients when they arrive for appointments.
> Process payments and confirm credit applications (CareCredit).
> Monitor insurance payments (accounts receivable; work with outside billing company).
> Other administrative tasks as needed.
This is a position that offers room to grow depending upon the abilities of the applicant. We will allow for additional responsibilities if the candidate is able to take them on.
