Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming dental receptionist to join our team! 

As the receptionist for our busy office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet patients as they arrive at the practice
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Check and verify insurance eligibility for patients
• Check and answer to emails
• Assisting the office manager with drafting and presenting treatment plans when needed

Qualifications

• Two or more years of dental front office/dental receptionist experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and dental software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
