Job Description
Our busy pediatric dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused office that takes pride in providing a welcoming and positive experience for children and their families. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-energy environment with frequent patient and parent interaction. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-ins and scheduling, answering phones, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the dental team to ensure a smooth daily flow. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable learning dental practice management software, and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience in a dental or medical office is helpful but not required. This position can be full-time (32–35 hours per week) or part-time (20–30 hours per week), with a flexible schedule and competitive pay based on experience.
