Seeking a professional dental insurance coordinator and front desk specialist to join our dental office in Arlington. Please apply only if you are proficient in dental insurance and Dentrix. Previous experience in the dental field AT THE FRONT DESK is a must.

We are a state mod the art modern dental facility in Arlington. We are committed to providing quality care for our patients. We work as a team and look to find a new member to compliment our efforts. You must have excellent communication skills and familiar with dental treatment codes. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Efficiently manage the appointment schedule, optimizing for patient flow and provider productivity.
• Greet patients with a warm and friendly smile, creating a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient messages professionally.
• Insurance verification and patient benefits prior to patient appointment.
• Compile treatment plan and present to patient.
• Effectively work with other team members to achieve practice goals.
• Manage outreach and advertising as needed.
