Job Description
Opening with our client for a hands-on Senior Data Analytics Team Lead to guide a team of analysts and drive the delivery of impactful data insights. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to shape analytics initiatives that fuel better decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver accurate and actionable analytical solutions tailored to business needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for business units—understand priorities, manage expectations, and deliver clear insights with a business impact focus.
- Apply advanced data analytics techniques and tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) to deliver value across revenue growth, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee data visualization strategy; develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and lead user adoption across the organization.
- Guide the creation and maintenance of executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve consultative and technical capabilities.
- Proactively identify and lead data quality improvement projects to enhance data reliability and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with data governance practices, policies, and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, business, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of general business experience, with 5–10 years in data analytics and/or management roles.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, including SAP BI and Tableau.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating cross-functionally across departments.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to solving business challenges with data.
