Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the development and accuracy of a key internal application used by field leadership to review store performance, inventory, and other operational metrics. This role will focus on validating that the data presented within the tool is both accurate and properly sourced.

Responsibilities:

• Validate data displayed in the internal application by comparing it to backend data sources and reporting logic.
• Perform detailed analysis to ensure alignment between frontend presentation and backend queries.
• Conduct complex data validations and reconciliations across SQL, Oracle, and Power BI environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support ongoing enhancements by performing data validation and providing analytical support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and interpret queries.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Strong familiarity with Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Ability to perform hands-on, detailed data work with minimal oversight.
• Experience with Databricks is a plus.
