Job Title: Data Validation Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary Range: $60K-$75K
Our client is seeking a Data Validation Analyst to support our growing Business Intelligence & Analytics team. The ideal candidate has the aptitude to take on routine/process-based tasks that help support the financial, sales operations, and agent teams with consistent and reliable accuracy. As they grow through consistent acquisitions and continued expansion, the data being integrated and validated is all business-critical.
Key Responsibilities
We need someone with 2+ years of experience with data profiling, data validation, and data cleansing. Experience in identifying root cause discrepancies on data inconsistencies and provide insight to problem-resolution. You will be working along side our engineering and analytics teams through the full data lifecycle that include data dashboards, mapping out new data sources, and setting data governance.
Experience needed in SQL to perform data validation, queries and analysis will be a must. Data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau is also needed. Experience with Alteryx will be a plus.
Personality-wise, we are looking for someone who is a team player but is eager to step in and learn. Communication with both internal and external stakeholders will be needed. An innate drive to be curious fits in well.
