Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to clients throughout the inheritance process.
- Communicate proactively via phone/email with empathy and professionalism.
- Process and follow up on service requests, ensuring timely completion.
- Set clear expectations and provide consistent updates to clients and beneficiaries.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.
- Research and resolve client issues accurately and promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and case updates.
- Monitor daily caseload using internal systems and tools.
- Follow firm verification protocols to prevent fraud.
- Stay current on SEC/FINRA and compliance guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
