Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to clients throughout the inheritance process.
Communicate proactively via phone/email with empathy and professionalism.
Process and follow up on service requests, ensuring timely completion.
Set clear expectations and provide consistent updates to clients and beneficiaries.
Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.
Research and resolve client issues accurately and promptly.
Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and case updates.
Monitor daily caseload using internal systems and tools.
Follow firm verification protocols to prevent fraud.
Stay current on SEC/FINRA and compliance guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
