Overview:

IQS Inc. is hiring a results-driven Site Manager to oversee custodial and facility operations. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in team supervision, operations management, and customer service. The Site Manager will ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and safety across the site while leading a motivated team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and lead custodial staff to achieve performance goals
• Create and manage shift schedules to ensure full coverage and timely completion of tasks
• Oversee daily operations, including cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and inventory management
• Monitor site budgets, track supplies, and ensure cost-effective resource usage
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports to management as needed
• Resolve staff or operational issues quickly and professionally
• Foster a service-oriented culture and ensure clear communication with clients and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in custodial or facilities management preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and operational software
• Willingness to relocate for future promotion opportunities
