Job Description

We are partnering with a top tier law firm based in NYC that is looking for a mid to senior level associate to join their Corporate & Securities Practice Group. In this role, you will get exposure to a variety of general corporate matters, including M&A, securities and leveraged finance.

Their clients include public and private companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, investment banks and more. Additionally, they have multiple practice groups ranked on a regional and national basis.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Draft and review documents related to various corporate transactions.
• General corporate experience in M&A, capital markets, corporate governance, private finance, or investment management.
• Advise clients throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to the New York state bar.
• Experience with complex corporate transactions.
