Controller – Innovative Custom B2B Manufacturing – Private Equity
Our client is a manufacturer of innovative commercial equipment utilized in the retail/foodservice sectors where they are recognized for their industry-leading product offerings and customer satisfaction focus. The business, which operates in a highly fragmented space, is backed by a leading private equity sponsor who seeks to grow the company significantly through acquisition and a strong organic growth strategy.
We are seeking a hands-on, in the trenches Controller with a strong accounting background who will strategically partner with the CFO. The Controller will be responsible for financial reporting including budgets and forecasting. They will work cross functionally across the organization with a focus on driving efficiency and performance through the introduction of KPIs while continuously evaluating financial performance. This position requires previous multi-location manufacturing experience and the ability to lead acquisition accounting, job costing, consolidations and audits.
