Special Requirements:
Flexible Hours: Must be available to work any day, shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Experience:
Customer Service Savvy: One (1) or more years of Customer Service, Administrative, police dispatch, or call center experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous dispatch center experience.
- Typing skills of more than 30 words per minute.
- Previous surveillance control experience.
- Previous electronic access control experience.
- Previous alarm monitoring experience.
