Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Project Manager to address constructability issues and scope gaps during preconstruction.
• Review scope, buyout, and schedule to ensure all project details are set up for success.
• Understand the full project strategy including financials, scheduling, milestones, logistics, and inspections.
• Lead daily field operations: safety, quality control, progress, and site cleanliness.
• Update and maintain accurate project schedules that align with cost and time requirements.
• Deliver on client expectations through clear communication and customer-focused leadership.
• Foster strong subcontractor and vendor relationships through fairness and professionalism.
• Manage punch list items to completion in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and people skills.
