Your new role

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, while managing schedules, budgets, and on-site teams. Your leadership will be key in maintaining strong client relationships and driving repeat business.

What you will need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M+
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with scheduling software and project documentation tools
