  • Responsibilities: Manage and oversee commercial insurance accounts to ensure proper coverage and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle employee benefits-related tasks, including plan administration and client support.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess and identify their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in policy renewals, updates, and account documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends to provide informed advice to clients.

  • Must-Have Skills: In-depth knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance.
  • Proven Account Management and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in handling Employee Benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills: Insurance certification or relevant degree.
  • Proficiency in insurance management software or CRM tools.
  • Understanding of risk management principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building long-term client relationships within the insurance industry.
