Key Responsibilities Support mixing operators and quality technicians with production orders and color approvals. Adjust and match colors using engineering resins and customer samples (parts, chips, materials). Ensure safe and efficient plant operations with on-spec color and material properties. Collaborate with production supervisors to maintain workflow and quality standards. Requirements Excellent color vision (color test required). Experience using a spectrophotometer to measure color. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Effective communicator with clear direction-giving ability. Positive, creative, and team-oriented mindset.
