About the Role

Are you a licensed RVT or experienced Senior Veterinary Assistant ready to step into a leadership role? We're seeking a Clinical Lead to support our Internal Medicine and Cardiology teams. In this role, you'll blend clinical excellence with team mentorship, working alongside some of the most advanced specialists in veterinary medicine.

 

As a Clinical Lead, you will be challenged, you will learn, and your compassion, skills, and ambition will be rewarded.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of RVTs and Assistants across Internal Medicine and Cardiology departments
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety
• Mentor and train team members through hands-on guidance and structured support
• Assist in case management, diagnostics, and client communications
• Ensure daily operations run efficiently and support hospital goals

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years of recent veterinary clinical experience
• Preferred: Active CA-RVT license
• Proven ability to lead by example and foster team development
• Confident in anesthesia monitoring, medication calculations, and treatment protocols
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range : $37 – $45/hour + $5.50 differential for hours worked between 6pm-6am
