Position Summary: CAS Accounting ManagerThe CAS Accountant plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. This solution-oriented professional will oversee client engagements, review work prepared by team members, meet directly with clients, assist in annual evaluations, and perform other management duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:· Lead and manage multiple client engagements
· Review of financial statements and accounting work
· Provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to clients
· Support and mentor team members
· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
· Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client experience
Ideal Candidate Attributes:· Strong, supportive communicator
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in accounting software and systems
· Deep understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)
· Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with multiple clients
· Strong knowledge of GAAP
· Advanced Excel skills (Word & PowerPoint preferred)
· Experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop; Great Plains/MS Dynamics a plus
· Familiarity with Bill.com or similar platforms
