WE'RE HIRING: CANOPY CLEANING TEAM

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time

COMPENSATION: $20 per hour

The Canopy NYC is hiring a Cleaning Team Member to join our evening crew at our beautiful play space and prenatal parent club in Williamsburg, Brooklyn! This is a part-time position requiring 3–4 shifts per week, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM . Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend evening to be considered.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Arriving on time, ready to clean and reset the space after a busy day

• Performing a thorough cleaning of the play space each evening after close

• Following a detailed daily checklist to ensure high standards are met

• Cleaning floors, surfaces, bathrooms, toys, equipment, and shared materials

• Managing basic laundry and sanitizing protocols

• Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies and communicating needs as they arise

• Locking up and securing the space once cleaning is complete

• Reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the operations team

• Being a valued part of our team and keeping our beautiful space safe, clean, and welcoming
