Position Summary: We are seeking a Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. This role requires a reliable, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment to troubleshoot and repair devices, providing customers with high-quality service. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair cell phones and other consumer electronic devices Identify and troubleshoot device issues to find effective solutions Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet service goals Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with customers on repair status Keep workstations clean and organized to ensure an efficient workspace Qualifications: Ability to work effectively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Prior experience in wireless or electronics repair is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills: "Attitude determines Altitude!"
