Job Description
- Position: RN – Case Manager
- Location: Walnut Creek & Concord, CA (must be willing to float between both campuses)
- Shift: 8-hour day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: June 3rd, 2025, or later based on your availability
- Pay:
- $2,160/week gross for local candidates (within 50 miles)
- $2,700/week gross for travelers (beyond 50 miles)
Requirements:
- Must have recent acute care hospital Case Management experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Preferred: Prior travel experience and familiarity with EPIC
