Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid

Salary Range: $120K - $130K | Bonus eligible

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5 | 1700 Billable Hour Requirement

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join our client’s growing Litigation Group . This dynamic practice handles commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, workouts, real estate litigation, title disputes, and employment litigation and counseling .

As a Business Litigation Associate, you will work alongside highly experienced attorneys in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while gaining hands-on experience in a wide variety of complex cases.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of business litigation experience required
• Strong background or demonstrated interest in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights preferred
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, client-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle matters in business litigation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and employment law
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and case analysis to support litigation strategy
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
• Manage a billable expectation of 1,700 hours annually , with an additional 50 hours dedicated to marketing and client development
