Job Description:

• The purpose of this role is to optimize control documentation and procedures within the Credit Cards – Loyalty Solutions and Benefits product area.

Specifically, client is looking for someone to do the following:

• Support review and rewrite of control procedures, in alignment with company policy
• Enhance procedures to be more thorough and complete by interviewing technology engineers, product managers, and SMEs etc. who are familiar with the controls and procedures
• Pressuretest new and existing control documents to ensure required components are in place/have adequate detail
• Manage procedure update lifecycle as it relates to Issue, Exam, project-related deadlines

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
