DWP Medical is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth in our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies in alignment with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge, a strong sales background, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RCM domain within the US healthcare market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to assess trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Execute lead generation campaigns and follow up to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Present value propositions and customized solutions to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales presentations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Keep CRM systems updated with lead statuses, client interactions, and deal progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in B2B sales within the US healthcare industry is required; RCM sales experience is a strong plus.
- Proficient in conducting market research and utilizing analytical tools to evaluate trends and performance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
