Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to largescale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an indepth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
Required Qualifications: - 4 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Project Details: - This contractor will be supporting lending operations with closing syndicated loans as volume continues to increase.
Duties: - Closing Syndicated loans
- Interpreting the syndicated credit agreements
- Onboarding the credit agreement language into loanIQ systems
Top Skills: - LoanIQ – must be using it currently (can be a little forgiving)
- Deep understanding of SYNDICATED credit agreement
- MS Excel/ MS Word
- Strong communication skills (deescalation skills)

Pay Range: $55 - $58 on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
