What We're Looking For

Hutchinson Cox is seeking a highly motivated Business Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join our corporate and transactional practice. What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Provide counsel on entity formation, governance, and general business operations
• Support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver practical and strategic advice to clients

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in the Oregon State Bar (or ability to waive in)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently
