A building automation and HVAC business in Connecticut is looking for an experienced Building Automation Technician. Working in high-end pharma, surgical suites, commercial and a host of other building environments. Plenty of opportunity to grow and develop your career into project management, technical leadership, sales or other disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Integration of various building automation devices
- Download and program systems
- Carry out point-to-point checkout and commissioning of systems
- Carry out troubleshooting and repair
- Coach and educate junior team members
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Building Automation
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and submittals
- Knowledge of Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls' EasyIO or other BAS systems
- Hands on knowledge of programming is advantageous
- Good understanding of HVAC sequence of operations
- Driver's license
