Join RHA Health Services as the Team Lead for our Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team in Asheville. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to an interdisciplinary team serving individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) who are involved in the criminal justice system
  • Deliver evidence-based individual therapy in community settings
  • Facilitate coordination between clients, treatment teams, natural supports, legal guardians, and justice system contacts (e.g., probation, parole)
  • Apply a person-centered, harm-reduction model to minimize the impact of psychiatric symptoms and substance use
  • Support development of life, social, and coping skills through targeted interventions
  • Participate in and help oversee a first responder on-call system for client support

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active North Carolina license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate-level license with plan to achieve full licensure within 30 months
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required
