Progress through our Barista Training Program and graduate from our extensive training to get to the next level. You’ll learn everything from the basics of brewing, coffee origin knowledge, to advanced Barista skills and techniques. Our employee rewards are linked to your progression, so the more you learn, the more you are rewarded! As you progress through our 3 levels of Barista Training (which also includes Leadership and Operations functions), you’ll earn certification and rewards.
